A visit to Shawano Lake is always a good idea. Dry warm beds await you at Kiryat Hotel; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Wolf River. High temperatures at Shawano Lake through the warmest time of the year are in the 70's, and the overnight is fairly chillier of course, usually in the 50's.
