Camping is available at Conroy's Bear Lake Campground, and dry warm beds await you at Village Inn Waupaca. At Shambeau Lake through the warm months highs are in the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's; overnight       lows at Shambeau Lake throughout the winter commonly fall into the 0's. Shambeau Lake is a good spot of typical precipitation; September is when you get the most rain here; February is the month with the least moisture.
