After a long day outdoors Best Western Crandon Inn & Suites is a good place to spend a night or two. Shabodock Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Bear Lake Campground is a pleasant local campground; swing by Piledriver Creek it's a fine place to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. You could also go to Purdy Lake if you're here at Shabodock Lake; it's close by, and you can go for a hike on the Popple       Ridge Snowmobile Trail. This place is unbeatable, just explore all the enjoyable stuff to do close to Shabodock Lake. Get covered with water paddling on Peshtigo River, and going for a hike on the Eds Lake Trail System is always a brilliant adventure. Camping at Burnt Bridge Campground is always a magnificent experience; Best Western Lakewood Lodge is a fine place to get some rest. A lake nearby is Piledriver Lake, and close by you find the Dendro Eco Trail                  which is a glorious hiking trail. Shabodock Lake gets a normal amount of annual rain; throughout the month of September you get the most rain around here; the driest month is February. Summertime at Shabodock Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's while overnight lows are commonly in the 50's.
