After a long day outdoors Americinn - Iron River, Mi is a perfect location to spend a night or two, and don't leave Lake Seventeen without first going for a hike along the Dendro Eco Trail. Lake Seventeen is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Chipmunk Rapids Campground is a glorious local campground, and what would winter be without some skiing at Brule Mountain. There's       so much to do here at Lake Seventeen that you need to camp here for a while, Lauterman Lake Walk-In Campground is a delightful spot for that, and the slopes of Ski Brule are so inviting noone can resist. A lake nearby is Grub Hoe Lake. Lake Seventeen is a good location of typical precipitation; most of the rain falls during August while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Having a brilliant time at Lake Seventeen is uncomplicated.                  Go for a hike on the Lauterman Trail, and there are some nice whitewater spots on Pine River. If you need a location to stay Iron Inn Motel is a pleasant choice; there's whitewater on Popple River for all you adrenaline people. All through the summertime at Lake Seventeen highs are mostly in the 70's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's.
