An average amount of precipitation falls at Sawyer Lake; September is the wettest month with most rain while February is usually the driest month. If you came for an overnight stay Jesse's wolf River Lodge is a pleasant place to camp; Sawyer Lake is right by the Eds Lake Trail System. And that's not all you can do here at Sawyer Lake. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Wolf River; Raft       'n Rest Campgrounds is a wonderful local campground. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Sawyer Lake. All through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 20's; night lows at Sawyer Lake through the winter generally drop into the 0's. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Crandon Inn & Suites; hiking is a popular thing to do around Sawyer Lake; Popple Ridge Snowmobile Trail is a delightful local trail.                  After a long day outdoors Best Western Lakewood Lodge is a wonderful location to spend a night or two, and the peak of Ninemile Hill can be distinguished from Sawyer Lake. This lake is so wonderful.
