     Lakes are pleasant; Upper North Fork Flowage is a lake that's next to Sandberg Flowage. There's so much to do here at Sandberg Flowage that you need to camp here for a while, Old Logging Trail Campground is a great site for that. Saint Croix National Scenic River is a pleasant national park, and a nice close by hotel is Best Western Northwoods Lodge. Going for a hike along the Markville Snowmobile Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood,  
   and if you came to camp Paint Rock Spring Campground is a good place to do that. And that's not all you can do here at Sandberg Flowage. After a long day outdoors Luck Country Inn is a good place to spend a night or two, and St. Croix River is a nice whitewater spot close by.
This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Have a magnificent hiking adventure along the Minnesota-Wisconsin Boundary State Trail; not far from Sandberg Flowage you acquire
 
               some pleasant water scenery at Crex Meadows North Fork Dike D12.393 Dam. You're in all probability interested in lakes, North Fork Flowage is one of those close by, and in case you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Lower Tamarack River.
