Sure, Mud Lake is right next door to Roxy Lake; Ada Lake Campground is a great campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Eds Lake Trail System; dry warm beds await you at Days Inn of Antigo. This is no spot for people who don’t like to have a good time. After a long day outdoors Best Western Crandon Inn & Suites is a nice location to spend a night or two, and you can have a good hiking adventure along the Popple Ridge Snowmobile       Trail. Wolf River has a delightful whitewater paddling spot nearby, and you can stay the night at Richardson Lake Campground. The annual rainfall here at Roxy Lake is about average; the month with most of the rain is September, and February is the month with the least moisture. This is a magnificent vicinity for people who like lakes. Little Long Lake is a lake close by. Hiking along the Popple Ridge Snowmobile Trail is pleasant fun; paddling on Wolf River                  is so much fun. Through the months of summer, highs ordinarily are in the 70's at Roxy Lake; throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.
