Roedecker Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Little Teepee Campground is a splendid local campground; get yourself into a kayak and hit Yellow River. Holcombe Flowage 4700 is a tremendous lake next to Roedecker Lake. There's so much to do here at Roedecker Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Big Swede's Resort and Campground is a splendid site for that. So much exciting stuff       to do here at Roedecker Lake, too tremendous to be true. An afternoon playing golf at Twin Oaks Golf Course is always a pleasure; after a long day outdoors Americinn Lodge Ladysmith is a fine place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Roedecker Lake you can take a hike along the Deer Fly Trail; skiing at Christie Mountain is one of those things you just have to do. Lakes? Sure, Holcombe Flowage is close by, and lots of                  folks from Eau Claire come here. From a rain point of view Roedecker Lake is a rather common spot; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. Get dripping wet paddling on Chippewa River, and Holcombe Dam is a place that is in the neighborhood of Roedecker Lake.
