The O'Neil Creek Flowage Trail offers hiking at its best, and a picturesque lake like Little Bear Lake is a good location to go to. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Deer Fly Trail. Man, is there a load of amusing things to do in the vicinity of Rock Lake. Everybody close by loves skiing at Christie Mountain, and after a long day outdoors       Glen Loch Motel is a great site to spend a night or two. Through the warmest time of the year, highs mostly are in the 80's at Rock Lake while overnight lows are frequently in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's; all through the dark hours in the winter at Rock Lake temperatures dip to the-10's. You'll find a beautiful lake called Bear Lake near Rock Lake, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Hickory Ridge Trail. This lake is so wonderful.                  Kamp Sugarrbush Bar and Campgrnd is a great campground nearby, and a great nearby hotel is Super 8 Chetek. From a precipitation point of view Rock Lake is a pretty common location; August is the month that gets the most rain while February is generally the driest month.
