     A wonderful spot to camp here at Rock Falls Millpond is Twin Springs Resort Campground, and in case you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Chippewa River. During the months of summer highs here at Rock Falls Millpond get into the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. Through the wintertime the highs are frequently in the 20's with temperatures at Rock Falls Millpond dipping down into the 0's through  
   winter nights. Just can't get enough of Rock Falls Millpond. Rock Falls Dam is worth a visit if you're here; why not camp at Edgewater Acres Campground while you're here at Rock Falls Millpond. This lake is so wonderful. Days Inn West-Eau Claire is a good site to get some rest, and unsurprisingly, this is a great vicinity for folks who like lakes, Sneen Lake is a lake around here.

               of the rain is June, and the driest of the months is February. Red Cedar River has a nice whitewater paddling spot close by. Nearby lakes? Sure, Rock Falls Pond 32 is in close proximity to Rock Falls Millpond, and this is a popular site for people from Menomonie.
After a long day outdoors Americinn - Eau Claire, Wi is a glorious location to spend a night or two, and why not a little side trip to Coon Creek.
