A great place for       whitewater paddling close to Reno Lake is Wisconsin River; glorious hiking is available along the Bearskin State Park Trail. If you need a place to stay Americinn Rhinelander is a good choice, and some nearby water includes Jennie Creek. Through the summertime highs here at Reno Lake get into the 70's. During the                  moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 10's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Reno Lake.
