A lake nearby is Johnson Pond, and a great location for whitewater paddling is Pine River. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Chipmunk Rapids Campground; you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Ski Brule if you're here. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Best Western Crandon       Inn & Suites is a great spot to spend a night or two. Summertime highs at Reisner Lake regularly tend to be in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. During the winter highs are usually in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Reisner Lake sink into the 0's. In the event that you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Brule River; some nearby water includes Johnson                  Creek. Reisner Lake gets a common amount of annual rain; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain while February is mostly the driest month. Americinn - Iron River, Mi is a good site to get some rest, and you can go for a hike on the Dendro Eco Trail. And that's not all you can do here at Reisner Lake.
