    Many people like to go to Reed Lake. If you came to camp Paint Rock Spring Campground is a glorious site to do that; do take a hike on the Markville Snowmobile Trail. The panoramas at Saint Croix National Scenic River will blow your mind. There's so much to do here at Reed Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Old Logging Trail Campground is a pleasant site for that. The warmest time of the year at Reed Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's.  
   Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 10's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Reed Lake drop into the-10's.
This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are pleasant; Dike 1 Flowage is a lake that's in close proximity to Reed Lake, and if you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Kettle River. Reed Lake is in close proximity to Crex Meadows Dam
 
               which is a lovely place without doubt worth a visit, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Minnesota-Wisconsin Boundary State Trail. Reed Lake gets a common amount of annual rain; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain while February is usually the driest month.
Not far from Reed Lake, you'll stumble on Zalensky Pond which is a lovely lake; Best Western Northwoods Lodge is a wonderful place to get some rest. Reed Lake really is in the middle of a gorgeous outdoors paradise. Golf can be played at Golf Course; if you need a place to stay Luck Country Inn is a nice choice. This lake is so wonderful. St. Croix River is a good whitewater spot in the vicinity of Reed Lake.
