The beauty of Purdy Lake is reason enough to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Bear Lake Campground if you're here at Purdy Lake; a perfect close by hotel is Best Western Crandon Inn & Suites. This place, Purdy Lake, it clearly has so much outdoors exciting stuff. On a great day you can stop at CCC Pond, a swamp near Purdy Lake, and you can go for a hike on the Popple Ridge Snowmobile Trail. Purdy Lake is not the only location nearby, Piledriver

| | Lake is a nearby lake, and if you need a spot to stay Best Western Lakewood Lodge is a good choice. This lake is so wonderful. Hit the slopes at Brule Mountain close by. For the period of the summertime, highs commonly are in the 70's at Purdy Lake. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the-10's for Purdy Lake. Peshtigo River is a nice whitewater | |

a good adventure. Purdy Lake gets a common amount of yearly precipitation; the month of September is the wettest with most of the rain; February on the other hand is the driest. Camping is available at Big Joe Campground, and playing golf is lots of fun at Nicolet Country Club.
