If you are in this part of Wisconsin make sure to pay a visit to Potter Lake. Good hiking is available along the Black Lake Trail, and Gogebic Range is clearly visible from Potter Lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Day Lake Campground is a nice site to camp, and you can go for a hike on the Great Divide Snowmobile Trail. For the duration of the warm months at Potter Lake highs are usually in the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks

| | down to the 50's. During the winter the highs are regularly in the 20's, and after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Potter Lake dip into the 0's.
This lake is so wonderful. Man, is there heaps of cool things to do in the Gogebic Range. The picturesque Gogebic Range is here at Potter Lake; a great close by hotel is Americinn - Ashland, Wi. A typical amount of precipitation falls here at Potter Lake; through the month of August you get | |

the most rain around here while February is frequently the driest month.
The Gogebic Range scenery is always beautiful. Camping at Potter Lake is great fun, Black Lake Campground is a great local campground; you're in all probability
interested in lakes, Beaverdam Lake is one of those nearby. Any time is a fine time at Potter Lake if you have a thing about the outdoors. Getting to Camp Six Creek from Potter Lake is simple; after a long day outdoors Ashland Super
8 Motel is a nice site to spend a night or two.
So many fun things to do here in the Gogebic Range, too nice to be true. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Mellen Country Club is close at hand, and float down the rapids of Brunsweiler River in a kayak.
