Potato Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Yeah, come here to Potato Lake for a great time. If you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Chippewa River, and you can never get enough of the good skiing at Christie Mountain. After a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel - Chetek is a brilliant site to spend a night or two, and Potato Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Northshore Bar and Campground

People from Eau Claire love to come to Potato Lake. There's so much to do here at Potato Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Kamp Sugarrbush Bar and Campgrnd is a great site for that. Summertime highs at Potato Lake ordinarily tend to be in the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter | |

are in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Potato Lake through the winter mostly dip into the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. The Deer Fly Trail is a great hiking trail close to Potato Lake, and a quick tour to McDermott Creek is certainly
a pleasant idea.
While you're here at Potato Lake, you could also take a look at pretty Brush Lake, and since you're here you can take a hike along the O'Neil Creek Flowage Trail. Whitewater paddling is perfect on Duncan Creek,
and if the weather is magnificent, you can go for a hike along the Hickory Ridge Trail. A common amount of rain falls here at Potato Lake; the month with most of the rain is August while February is regularly the driest month.
