The Hay Meadow Trail offers hiking at its best; paddling on Duncan Creek is so much fun. Summertime highs at Popple Lake regularly tend to be in the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 20's while Popple Lake night low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. If you're visiting Popple Lake       from Eau Claire, you won't be the only one; if you like skiing, you're in luck; Christie Mountain is reasonably near. A great close by hotel is Park Inn Chippewa Falls, and a good place to camp here at Popple Lake is Lake Wissota State Park. This lake is so wonderful. Mud Lake is a nearby lake that you could take a look at, and a golf course nearby is Lake Wissota Golf Course. Popple Lake gets a normal amount of precipitation; during the month of August you                  get the most rain around here, and February is the month with the least moisture. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a good time here at Popple Lake. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Deer Fly Trail, and why not camp at O'Neil Creek Campground since you're here at Popple Lake. A lake nearby is Howe Lake; whitewater paddling is brilliant on Chippewa River.
