Summertime highs at Planning Lake generally tend to be in the 80's. Summer overnight lows dip down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Planning Lake. The amount of precipitation that falls at Planning Lake is close to the national average; of all the months in a year       September is the one with the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Americinn - Chippewa Falls, Wi is a great choice, and Planning Lake is a place with many visitors from Eau Claire. There is a pleasant hiking trail near Planning Lake called the Moonridge Trail, and camping is available at Brunet Island State Park. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Christie                  Mountain if you're here, and in case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Chippewa River. The summit of Baldy Mountain can be distinguished from Planning Lake, and do explore Long Lake, it's a delightful lake. This lake is so wonderful. The Deer Fly Trail is a splendid hiking trail in the neighborhood of Planning Lake, and whitewater paddling is splendid on Duncan Creek. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing things in close proximity to Planning Lake.
