This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is wonderful on Pine River; camping at Golden Eagle Park and Campground is always a magnificent experience. Lakes? Sure, Keyes Lake is close       by; Budget Host Inn Iron Mountain is a great location to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Get covered with water paddling on Brule River, and during your spree here you'll meet some people from Iron Mountain for sure. Pine River Dam is beautiful and it's close to Pine River Flowage, and Pine River Flowage is right by the Lauterman Trail. Pine River Flowage gets a common amount of annual rainfall; most of the rain falls all through August, and                  February is when it's the driest. At Pine River Flowage through the long summer days highs are in the 70's while overnight lows are typically in the 50's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are commonly in the 10's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Pine River Flowage.
