A gorgeous lake like Boelter Lake near Pierces Lake is a good site to check out, and camping is available at Family Frontier Campground. During the summer at Pierces Lake temperatures are frequently in the 80's. Summer overnight lows sink down to the 50's. All through the winter highs are frequently in the 20's; after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures       at Pierces Lake sink into the 0's. From a rain point of view Pierces Lake is a relatively normal site; September is the wettest month with most rain while February is commonly the driest month. Why not camp at Fountain Lake Land Yacht while you're here at Pierces Lake, and if you need a place to stay Village Inn Motel is a tremendous choice.
