Do stop by Pickerel Lake while you're in this part of Wisconsin. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! Pickerel Lake rules! Really pleasant skiing awaits you at Alpine Valley, and Pickerel Lake is not far at all from Whitewater. This lake is so wonderful. Do check out Swan Lake close to Pickerel Lake, it's a picturesque lake, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend White River. There's whitewater on Pewaukee

You'll stumble on a pretty lake called Booth Lake near Pickerel Lake, and don't forget to have a look at West Bay since you're here. great close by hotel is Sleep Inn Mukwonago, and Grand Geneva has tremendous slopes and a friendly staff. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Pickerel Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Ottawa Lake -
South Kettle Moraine is a great place for that, and if you need a location to stay Country Inn And Suites By Carlson East Troy is a glorious choice. High temperatures at Pickerel Lake all through the days of summer are in the 80's
with overnight lows in the 60's. Through the winter the highs are commonly in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Pickerel Lake temperatures plunge to the 0's.
