Going for a hike on the Markville Snowmobile Trail is always a nice adventure, and there are other places here than Phernetton Lake, for example Myre Lake. For the period of the summer months, highs mostly are in the 80's at Phernetton Lake. All through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. Throughout the winter the highs are commonly in the 10's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Phernetton       Lake. You assume that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. If you need a place to stay Best Western Northwoods Lodge is a nice choice, and you can run the rapids of Lower Tamarack River. Camping at Devils Lake Park Resort is always a fine experience; lakes are such peaceful locations, why not have a look at Lost Lake. After a long day outdoors Lodge at Crooked Lake is a pleasant spot to spend a night or two, and get your heart beating on the great whitewater                  of Upper Tamarack River. This lake is so wonderful. Phernetton Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Herzl Camp is a good local campground, and playing golf is lots of fun at Voyager Village Country Club & Bar.
