There's so much to do here at Perch Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Mountain Jeds Campgrounds is a delightful place for that. Lakes? Sure, Harper Lake is in the neighborhood, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Perch Lake; Dendro Eco Trail is a good local trail. This lake is so wonderful. Berry Lake is a great lake in the neighborhood of Perch Lake, and if you come at the right time       of year, Peshtigo River offers some good whitewater. This site is peerless, just look at all the cool things to do in the neighborhood of Perch Lake. If you need a place to stay Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Iron Mountain, MI is a nice choice, and Perch Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Mc Caslin Mountain Campground is a great local campground. From a rainfall point of view Perch Lake is a quite common location; September is the wettest                  month with most rain while February is regularly the driest month. Through the warmest time of the year, highs usually are in the 70's at Perch Lake while nighttime lows are regularly in the 50's.
