Dry warm beds await you at Settle Inn & Stes Eagle River; the snow is nice at Brule Mountain. While you're here at Pat Shay Lake you can take a hike along the Anvil Lake Trail System; if you're here, you could stop by Hay Meadow Creek. This lake is so wonderful. There is a pleasant hiking trail right next door to Pat Shay Lake called the Kentuck-Spectacle Lake Trail, and you can stay the night       at Sevenmile Lake Campground. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors enjoyable things the area next to Pat Shay Lake has to offer. There's so much to do here at Pat Shay Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Anvil Lake Campground is a wonderful spot for that, and on a splendid day you can take a hike along the Kimball Creek Trail. From a rain point of view Pat Shay Lake is a relatively normal location; the month with most of the rain is August,                  and the driest month is February. Playing golf is lots of fun at Big Stone Golf & Country Club; Wild Eagle Lodge is a delightful place to get some rest. All through the summer here at Pat Shay Lake, high temperatures generally get into the 70's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's.
