Otter Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This lake is so wonderful. The skiing at Indianhead is great; paddling on Black River is so much fun. The annual rain here at Otter Lake is about average; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest.
Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Gogebic Range. Camping is available at Big 6 RV Resort and Campground, and Comfort

| | Inn Ironwood is a great place to get some rest. This lake is one of the great places here in the Gogebic Range. Now, you may believe that's plenty but there's even more amusing stuff to do here at Otter Lake. Mosinee Creek flows through this region, and if you've had enough of Otter Lake, Hewitt Lake is close by.

and why not camp at Henry Lake Campground since you're here at Otter Lake. Otter Lake is right by the Rainbow Falls Trail, and if you need a location to stay Americinn - Ironwood, Mi is a great choice. This lake is so wonderful. Float
down the rapids of Turtle River in a kayak, and probably you're looking for close by lakes? Sure, Little Oak Lake is just a very short distance away.
High temperatures at Otter Lake through the warm days of summer are in the 70's,
and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 10's, and nighttime lows in the-10's for Otter Lake.
