Camping is available at Wildwood Park Campgrounds, and dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites St. Croix Valley, Wi. The amount of precipitation that falls at Osceola Lake is close to the national average; most of the rain falls during June, and the driest month of the year is February. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Wild       Mountain, and Krooked Kreek Golf Course is a wonderful golf course nearby. Visiting Saint Croix National Scenic River is just something you need to do if you haven't yet, and Pleasant Lake is a fine lake close by. This lake is so wonderful. There are some splendid whitewater spots on St. Croix River; if you need a location to stay Americinn - New Richmond, Wi is a good choice. Lakes are such peaceful places, why not visit Lower Lake near Osceola Lake;                  a nice place to camp here at Osceola Lake is Schillberg's Campgrounds. So much entertaining stuff to do at Osceola Lake, so little time. Trollhaugen is a very popular ski area in the neighborhood, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Apple River. Summertime highs at Osceola Lake mostly tend to be in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's.
