Old Abe Lake is a lake worth visiting. Why not camp at Lake Wissota State Park since you're here at Old Abe Lake, and whitewater paddling is magnificent on Chippewa River. Yep, outdoors exciting things to do are beyond doubt abundant here at Old Abe Lake. For you golfers we recommend nearby Lake Wissota Golf Course, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Deer Fly Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Hay Meadow Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and paddling on Duncan Creek is so much fun. On a good day at Old Abe Lake you can take a hike along the
Moonridge Trail, as expected you could also pop by Old Abe Lake 4891 while you're here; it's not far at all.
