This lake is so wonderful. A fine place to camp here at North Twin Lake is Randall Zaccanti, and if you need a site to stay Settle Inn & Stes Eagle River is a nice choice. North Twin Lake gets a typical amount of precipitation; August is the wettest month with most rain while February is usually the driest month. The Kentuck-Spectacle Lake Trail is a magnificent hiking trail near North Twin Lake; a great site       for whitewater paddling is Ontonagon River - Middle Branch. Near North Twin Lake you hit upon the Kimball Creek Trail which is a glorious hiking trail. This is no spot for people who don’t like to have fun. On a wonderful day at North Twin Lake you can take a hike along the Anvil Lake Trail System; a round of golf at nearby Big Sand Lake Golf Course is a great way to kill some time. You could also visit Muskeg Lake since you're here at North Twin Lake;                  it's close by, and dry warm beds await you at Wild Eagle Lodge. All through the summertime months at North Twin Lake highs are generally in the 70's while night lows are regularly in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 10's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to North Twin Lake.
