North Lake is not the only spot nearby, Bass Lake is a nearby lake, and Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites IRON MOUNTAIN is a fine site to get some rest. The annual precipitation here at North Lake is about average; June is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is February. Gotta ski! Norway Mountain is a wonderful place to do that, and do explore First Creek while you're here at North Lake.       This lake is so wonderful. Here at North Lake there are plenty of folks from Iron Mountain. You'll need more than a day to explore everything North Lake has to offer, you can camp at Rivers Bend Campground. Summer at North Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's with temperatures at North Lake dipping down into the-10's through winter nights. Drift down                  the rapids of Brule River in a kayak. And if you're still looking for more outdoors entertaining stuff just keep reading. Near North Lake you come across a golf course called Eagle Mountain Golf Course. There's so much to do here at North Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Iron Mountain Campgrounds is a great site for that.
