And that's not all you can do here at North Crab Lake. North Crab Lake is not the only location nearby, Armour Lake is a nearby lake, and if you come at the right time of year, Presque Isle offers some fine whitewater. The amount of precipitation that falls at North Crab Lake is close to the national average;       of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain; February is the month with the least moisture. The snow is fine at Indianhead, and the Alligator Eye Trail offers hiking at its best. Summertime highs at North Crab Lake generally tend to be in the 70's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. Through the winter the highs are mostly in the 10's while North Crab Lake night low temperatures during the wintertime are in the-10's.                  This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Comfort Inn Minocqua is a nice choice, and a lake nearby is Crab Lake.
