Go to Lake Nona if you want to go to a nice lake. Best Western Lakewood Lodge is a brilliant place to get some rest. Really fine skiing awaits you at Brule Mountain; Peshtigo River has a great whitewater paddling spot close by. From a precipitation point of view Lake Nona is a quite typical site; throughout the month of September you get the most rain around here while February is ordinarily the driest month.

| | the Dendro Eco Trail is always a splendid adventure, and in case you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Popple River. You completely have to go for Lake Nona. Lake Nona is great enough to spend more than a day at, Laura-Gordon Lakes Campground is a great local campground; there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Ski Brule. During the warmest time of the year, highs commonly are in the 70's at Lake Nona. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. Highs all through the winter are ordinarily in the 20's, and nighttime lows
in the-10's for Lake Nona. Go for a hike on the Lauterman Trail; a perfect site to camp here at Lake Nona is Chipmunk Rapids Campground.
