    Why not stop by Nelligan Pond if you're passing through these parts. Some close by water includes Hanson Creek; hiking along the Eds Lake Trail System is splendid fun. This lake is so wonderful. Nelligan Pond is a great site to visit for more than one day, Laura-Gordon Lakes Campground is a great site to camp nearby, and Nelligan Pond is right by the Lauterman Trail.
Nelligan Pond gets a common amount of yearly rainfall; the month with most of the rain is
 
   September; February is when it's the driest. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Lakewood Lodge; there are other locations here than Nelligan Pond, for example Lake Nona. So many cool things to do at Nelligan Pond, so little time. Drift down the rapids of Popple River in a kayak, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Ski Brule.
Rat Lake is a nice lake close to Nelligan Pond; Brule Mountain is a very popular ski area in close
 
               proximity. All through the summertime at Nelligan Pond temperatures are regularly in the 70's, and the nighttime is a little cooler of course, typically in the 50's. Through the wintertime highs are ordinarily in the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Nelligan Pond. If you come at the right time of year, Peshtigo River offers some glorious whitewater, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Dendro Eco Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Americinn - Iron River, Mi is a great site to spend a night or two. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Nelligan Pond has to offer, you can camp at Big Joe Campground.
