From a precipitation point of view Mystery Lake is a reasonably normal spot; September is when you get the most rain here while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. If you need a place to stay Super 8 Antigo is a good choice. This lake is so wonderful. Mayflower Lake Campgrounds is a good local campground;       lakes are such serene spots, why not go to Mud Lake. During the warm months highs here at Mystery Lake get into the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs all through the winter are typically in the 20's, and throughout the dark hours in the winter at Mystery Lake temperatures sink to the-10's.
