Glide down the rapids of Eau Claire River in a kayak. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Muskrat Lake has to offer, you can camp at Wasko's Lakeshore Camp. You'll come across a beautiful lake called Bass Lake near Muskrat Lake. During the warmest time of the year here at Muskrat Lake, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures       are in the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 20's with temperatures at Muskrat Lake dipping down into the-10's during winter nights. The yearly rainfall here at Muskrat Lake is about average; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Superior Super 8 Motel, and you can stay the night                  at Swansons Motel and Campground.
