Muskellunge Lake is a good site of common rainfall; August is the month that gets the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is one of the great places here in the Gogebic Range. Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place! The Gogebic Range is peerless! Take a hike on the Black Lake Trail, and a pleasant close by hotel       is Park Falls Super 8 Motel. All through the summertime months here at Muskellunge Lake, high temperatures frequently reach the 80's. Summer nighttime lows sink down to the 50's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Muskellunge Lake. Muskellunge Lake is right by the Great Divide Snowmobile Trail, and if you get bored of Muskellunge Lake you could also visit nearby Pelican Lake. This lake is                  so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Muskellunge Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Butternut Lake Campground is a great location for that, and you can run the rapids of Bad River. Muskellunge Creek is a great place to stop at, and you can stay the night at Wildwood Haven Resort and Campground. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff near Muskellunge Lake. Gates Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by, and there's whitewater on Chippewa River - East Fork for all you adrenaline rush seekers. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors cool stuff the Gogebic Range has to offer.
