This lake is so wonderful. The slopes of Trollhaugen are so inviting noone can resist; Americinn - New Richmond, Wi is a pleasant place to get some rest. Summer at Mud Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's with overnight lows in the 60's. All through the winter highs are ordinarily in the 20's with temperatures       at Mud Lake dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. Whohoo, so many exciting things in one place! Mud Lake is excellent! You can run the rapids of St. Croix River in the vicinity of Mud Lake, and why not take a little spree to Behning Creek while you're here. Gotta ski! Wild Mountain is a tremendous location to do that, and if you have time, Saint Croix National Scenic River is a national park worth visiting. Mud Lake gets a normal amount of rain; the wettest month of the year is commonly June, that's the one that rains the most while February is regularly the driest month.
