There's so much to do here at Mud Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lazy Day's Camp Ground is a magnificent place for that. Here at Mud Lake you'll probably meet some people from Milwaukee-Waukesha-West Allis, and if you came to camp Lake Lenwood Beach and Campground is a pleasant site to do that. Lakes? Sure, Long Lake is close by, and a nice nearby hotel is Baymont Inn & Suites       Milwaukee/Grafton. And if that's not sufficient, there's lots more to do in close proximity to Mud Lake. If you need a location to stay Super 8 Saukville Milwaukee is a brilliant choice, and if you come at the right time of year, Cedar Creek offers some great whitewater. The annual precipitation here at Mud Lake is about average; the month with most of the rain is September, and February meanwhile is the driest month. At Mud Lake through the days of summer                  highs are in the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 20's while Mud Lake night low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Fire Ridge Golf Club is a brilliant golf course close by, and the skiing at Little Switzerland is delightful. A day on the slopes of Sunburst is just what you need, and there are some tremendous whitewater spots on Milwaukee River. This lake is so wonderful.
