Not far from Mud Lake, you'll locate Deep Lake which is a striking lake, and there's whitewater on Robinson Creek for all you adrenaline junkies. Big Creek flows through this region, and you can run the rapids of Halls Creek. The yearly rain here at Mud Lake is about average; the month with most of the rain is August, and February is the month       with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful.
