Go to Mud Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors fun things the area in the vicinity of Mud Lake has to offer. Dry warm beds await you at Radisson Hotel & Conference Center Kenosha, and Wilmot mountain is a great local ski area. This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Pike River near Mud Lake; camping at Happy Acres Kamp Ground is always a great experience. There is a perfect hiking trail close to Mud

This lake is so wonderful. You'll stumble on a striking lake called Deer Lake near Mud Lake, and a tremendous spot for whitewater paddling is Root River. Mud Lake gets a normal amount of yearly rain; August is when you get the most rain here; February on the other hand is the driest. Near Mud Lake you come across the Lake Defiance Nature
Trail which is a delightful hiking trail, and Lake Shangri La Dam is not far at all from Mud Lake. The Tamarack View Trail is a great hiking trail close to Mud Lake, and everybody nearby loves skiing at Raging Buffalo Snowboard Park
(Snowboarding only - no skiing).
Summertime at Mud Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and night lows in the 0's for Mud Lake.
