The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Ski Brule, and camping at Mud Lake is glorious fun, Perch Lake Campground is a glorious local campground. Paddling on Pine River is so much fun; on
a magnificent day you can take a hike along the Dendro Eco Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Mud Lake is a fine location to camp, Lauterman Lake Walk-In Campground is a fine location; since you're here you can take a hike along the Lauterman Trail.
