Buffalo Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to; a glorious spot for whitewater paddling is Eau Claire River. The annual precipitation here at Muck Lake is about average; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain while February is mostly the driest month. During the summer months at Muck Lake highs are usually in the 70's while overnight lows are ordinarily       in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Muck Lake plunge into the-10's. Bergen Springs is an inspiring site to have a look at while here, and Muck Lake is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Tyman's Motel and Campground is a fine local campground. Golf can be played at Fire Hill Golf Club; Best Western American Heritage Inn is a magnificent                  place to get some rest. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place. Camping at Charlie Brown's Campground is always a glorious experience.
