There's so much to do here at Mott Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Shady Acres Campsites is a glorious spot for that; since you're here you will meet lots of people from close by Manitowoc. Mott Lake gets a common amount of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is June; February on the other hand is the driest. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Devil's River, and after a long day outdoors Fox Hills Resort is       a tremendous site to spend a night or two. Soar down the rapids of Neshota River in a kayak, and it's a tremendous idea to check out Kriwanek Creek. But wait, there's more to do close to Mott Lake. Really wonderful skiing awaits you at Hidden Valley, and if you need a place to stay Super 8 Motel Manitowoc is a fine choice. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Mott Lake has to offer, you can camp at Devil's River Campers                  Park, and a lake close by is Harpt Lake. At Mott Lake through the days of summer highs are in the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.
