Why not stop by Morse Pond if you're passing through these parts. At Morse Pond all through the months of summer highs are in the 80's, and the nighttime is a little colder of course, usually in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Morse Pond. What a site this is for outdoors people. Why not camp at New Glarus Woods State Park while you're here at Morse Pond, and there are some magnificent whitewater

| | spots on Wisconsin River. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites VERONA is a wonderful choice; you'll probably meet some folks from Madison here.

is a pretty normal location; August is when you get the most rain here while January is ordinarily the driest month.
Why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Hawks Landing Golf Club. Gotta ski! Tyrol Basin
is a good spot to do that, and camping at Morse Pond is great fun, Crystal Lake Campground is a great local campground.
