Morgan Lake is a glorious location to visit for more than one day, Chipmunk Rapids Campground is a glorious location to camp nearby. Throughout the warm months at Morgan Lake temperatures are commonly in the 70's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's; during the dark hours in the wintertime at Morgan Lake temperatures       fall to the 0's. A typical amount of rain falls here at Morgan Lake; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Brule Mountain has splendid slopes and a friendly staff; whitewater paddling is great on Popple River. A quick trip to Morgan Creek close to Morgan Lake is a perfect idea, and you can hit the slopes at Ski Brule close by. If you like the outdoors, you'll go for Morgan                  Lake. Have a good hiking adventure along the Dendro Eco Trail, and since you're here, you could also visit stunning Wheeler Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Americinn - Iron River, Mi is a magnificent site to get some rest, and do take a hike on the Lauterman Trail. Paddling on Pine River is so much fun, and Laura-Gordon Lakes Campground is a good campground nearby.
