This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Ashland Super 8 Motel is a nice choice, and soar down the rapids of Brunsweiler River in a kayak. Moquah Lake gets a typical amount of rainfall; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is February. All year is a fine time in the Gogebic Range if you fancy the outdoors. The Black Lake       Trail offers hiking at its best, and lakes are such serene places, why not have a look at Mud Lake. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff in the Gogebic Range. Paddling on Brunsweiler River is so much fun. Best Western Holiday House is a tremendous place to get some rest, and a fine place to camp here at Moquah Lake is Chippewa River Campground. Camping at Day Lake Campground is always a wonderful experience, and hiking is a popular thing to do                  around Moquah Lake; Great Divide Snowmobile Trail is a magnificent local trail. During the summertime months at Moquah Lake temperatures are mostly in the 80's while nighttime lows are ordinarily in the 50's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime are in the 20's, and night lows during the wintertime for Moquah Lake tend to be in the 0's. Moquah Lake is a beautiful lake in the Gogebic Range.
