Nearby lakes? Sure, Chip Lake is near Moose Lake, and if the weather is pleasant, you can go for a hike along the Black Lake Trail. This lake is so wonderful. You could also pop by Goodman Lake if you're here at Moose Lake; it's close by, and on a nice day you can take a hike along the Tuscobia Park Falls State Trail. This lake is so wonderful.       Why not camp at Chippewa River Campground while you're here at Moose Lake, and while you're here and you like golf, you can pop by Ross ' Teal Lake Lodge & Teal Wing Golf Club. All through the summertime, highs generally are in the 70's at Moose Lake. Summer nighttime lows sink down to the 50's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 10's while Moose Lake overnight low temperatures during the winter are in the-10's. A good place for whitewater paddling                  near Moose Lake is Chippewa River - East Fork, and there's some flowing water close by, Moose River is a stream you can go to during your stay. A common amount of precipitation falls here at Moose Lake; most of the rain falls through August, and February is when it's the driest. So much amusing stuff near Moose Lake, just incredible.
