Glide down the rapids of Marengo River in a kayak, and close by you hit upon the Great Divide Snowmobile Trail which is a good hiking trail. Throughout the summer highs here at Moonshine Lake       get into the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Moonshine Lake. If you love the outdoors you'll love it here in the Gogebic Range. If you need a place to stay Americinn - Ashland, Wi is a magnificent choice.
