If you come at the right time of year, Eau Claire River offers some good whitewater, and why not camp at Wasko's Lakeshore Camp while you're here at Lake Minnesuing. This lake is so wonderful. Glide down the rapids of Bois Brule River in a kayak, and lakes are such calm places, why not take a look at Coffee Lake. Lake Minnesuing is a good place of normal rainfall; most of the rain falls during August while February is generally       the driest month. Hansen Creek flows through this region. Superior Super 8 Motel is a good site to get some rest, and if you came for an overnight stay Swansons Motel and Campground is a great location to camp.
