High temperatures at Miner Lake during the warmest time of the year are in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows drop down to the 50's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Miner Lake. Miner Lake is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Camp Young Judea is a nice       local campground, and there are swamps here too, Otter Creek is around here. A quick spree to Emmons Creek close to Miner Lake is a splendid idea, and get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of Little Wolf River. After a long day outdoors Comfort Suites Foxfire is a tremendous place to spend a night or two, and a great vista of picturesque Mount Joel is available. This lake is so wonderful. Brownes Point is close to Miner Lake and is a brilliant                  location to go to. So many amusing things to do here at Miner Lake, too great to be true. There's a forest here at Miner Lake called Greenwood Forest, and if you've had enough of Miner Lake, Chain O' Lakes is close by. This lake is so wonderful. For you golfers we recommend close by Foxfire Golf Club; camping at Deerhaven Campground is always a tremendous experience.
