If you need a place to stay Best Western American Heritage Inn is a fine choice; a golf course close by is Fire Hill Golf Club. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Charlie Brown's Campground is always a perfect experience, and obviously Bergen Creek is a beautiful stream that is worth visiting. Lakes? Sure, Bond Lake is in the vicinity; there are some brilliant whitewater spots on St. Croix River. All through the       summertime months highs here at Miles Lake reach the 70's with overnight lows in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Miles Lake are in the-10's. Why not stop by Fischer Dam WP380 if you're here, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Eau Claire River. Now, you may assume that's plenty but there's even more amusing stuff to do here at Miles Lake. A wonderful                  nearby hotel is Country House Motel, and Miles Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Adventureland Campground is a good local campground.
